Her responses to potential buyers and tenants have been immediate and answers any of their questions quickly, which is indicative of her knowledge. Barbara is an extremely proactive professional with a great personality. Even after closings buyers and tenants still contact her for information or wanting to refer their friends and relatives to her. Barbara is a hands on person who makes everyone feel comfortable. She handles everything from start to finish to the extent that she leaves a household startup basket for the buyers of the apartments; now that’s attention to detail. Barbara is a level headed, responsible, calm, and a professional broker. She is also a great communicator and always kept me informed regarding the rental of my apartment. The process with which she found my tenant was methodical but tailored to fit me and the building. Barbara went above and beyond to help me rent my apartment (now 2 times) and she is the only broker I will work with.
